Wow! What a fun event! While we’re always challenging ourselves with new styles of cooking, we really went all out this past weekend with a Japanese gala. It was great to be able to make traditional Japanese fare appeal to Japanese palettes and still have it taste great to many other guests from different parts of the world with different palettes.
